Patients with dental insurance

We require your estimated co-payment to be paid in full at the time treatment is rendered. This estimate is based upon our previous experience of what your insurance policy has paid in the past and is only an estimate.

If your insurance company has not paid your account in full within 45 days, the balance will automatically be billed to you and due immediately.

Patients Without Dental Insurance

Payment in full is expected at the time treatment is rendered.

We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa , Discover, American Express and CareCredit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled Appointment (with less than forty-eight hours notice) — $25
Failed appointment — $35
Failed Priority Appointment — $150
